Job Responsibilities:
Review current organizational processes and implement organization improvements needed to strengthen the effectiveness of the Regional Association Organizational structure.
Setting up systems for administration, finance, communications, HR, planning and implementation of capacity building programs targeting a Regional association and its affiliated Cluster Associations.
Assisting field staff to deliver a participatory capacity building training programs to small scale farmers on technical aspects of organic cultivation, certification (Organic and Fair Trade) and business development of Cluster Associations.
Ensuring all regional staff understands their roles and responsibilities and man aging the coordination of all regional staff with respect to AOFG and Zameen operational policies.
Implement a system for performance evaluation of field staff and conduct monthly reviews.
Manage the communication flow between Zameen Organic, the Regional Association and the affiliated Cluster Associations.
